Beloved husband of Erika T. Parks; loving father of Scott Pakudaitis and Robert (Diana) Parks; proud grandfather of Edessa and Zaia. Raymond was a Past Commander of American Legion Square Post #232 and Past Master of Azure Masonic Lodge #1153, as well as a member of the VFW. He was a Staff Sergeant in the US Air Force 317th Troop Carrier Wing during the Korean War, stationed in Germany. He was an active member of the Jaycees.
