I am grateful for the memories I have of Pat during the two years of our friendship. I will miss her infectious laugh, passion for politics, glasses of wine in the backyard and tips on the golf course. You are missed, my friend. Our time was special to me, and I trust that you are wrapped in love and sunshine on a green golf course somewhere. 

My heart goes out to Pat's family and friends at this sad time.   Pat will always be remembered for her tireless activism for numerous causes.    She participated in numerous local and national causes to help make this world a better place.  She was a true progressive.  She cared deeply about her community, the environment, healthcare and voters rights, and so much more.  In addition, she was passionate about animals rights and welfare.   I have made a contribution, in Pat's name, to Paws Chicago, to honor her memory.  Pat, you will be missed greatly.

It was with great sadness to hear of Pat's illness and passing. I had the honor of knowing her through the election protection group Clean Count Cook County. Pat was a dedicated and knowledgeable activist, always speaking out on the on the right side of humanity. She was a feisty and determined woman who knew her stuff and stood her ground!
The last time I saw Pat (2019, & I believe it was December) was for a holiday party--but, of course, we were gathered to watch--a presidential primary debate! There was lots of delicious food and fun gifts, all things political (except for the chocolates), but I most remember everyone yelling out comments (Pat, as well) during the debates, at the same time she was also shushing people!

I feel honored to have known Pat, and the time was too short.

Rest in power, friend, forever an activist, forever in our hearts and minds.

I will always remember with fondness the years PK and I worked at the University of Chicago. She was a force, and all for good. She was competent and confident, and there were no shenanigans permitted by Pat. She had a wicked sense of humor and a deep sense of justice. Mary Doherty, Marlene Gerdes, Pat and Cliff and I dined and laughed a few times a year. We always enjoyed those days and the memories for a long time after. Rest in peace, dear PK.

My condolences to all the friends and family of Pat.

My name is Dr. Lora Chamberlain and I am a member of Clean Count Cook County, a local, non-partisan, grass roots, election integrity organization.  We are devastated with the loss of Pat, she is going to be sorely missed!  Especially in the activism world.  What a trooper she was about election integrity - real election integrity.  

Our last action together was just before the Nov. elections when she, Clare Tobin and I went down to the Chicago Board of Elections to observe some of the election processes.  She had a keen eye, a quick mind, and big heart for protecting the rights of all people.  

Pat - we will miss you sooooo much!  All gratitude to you, dear Pat, for your dedication to our voting and human rights. 
Yours was a life well lived!  

On the personal side, I will also miss Pat's activism about Medical Truth and Freedom - she really had a knack of being able to ferret out the lies and get to the truth of many matters.  Pat - thanks for all your truth seeking.

With deepest sympathy to all Pat's family and friends. We truly lost a loving and caring friend to so many people and a passionate social justice actvist.  Pat was a Florence Nightingale always first to respond to someone's illness or surgery with just the right remedy to ease their suffering.    I remember how she undertook the job of selling the house and packing and moving Arlene's  family to Minnesota.
Her passion for social justice got her involved in Dianne Daleiden's aldermanic campaigns, Chuy Garcia's Mayoral and of course Bernie Sanders Presidential Campaigns. Progressive media was another of her loves and she introduced me to Jimmy Dore and Lee Camp. I learned and shared so many happy community events with her. 
Recently she expressed great concern about the response to the Covid19 pandemic. She researched alternative treatments to the disease, especially the effectiveness of Ivermectin as both a Prophylactic and Early Treatment  On Dec,8 Senate Committee heard compelling testimony from Dr.Pierre Kory from St Luke's Medical Center,Aurora Wisconsin in which he pleaded with NIH and CDC to authorize it's use. They've had the studies submitted in August and are stalling  If we want to honor Pat's memory, we need to create "good trouble" by calling Congress to demand this safe and effective treatment be approved.

Farewell my dearest friend  and thanks for all the memories. Will see you on the other side!



Fond memories of Patricia visits to Ireland with her Dad in 1982 and later years with her niece Katie and more recently with her sister Eileen. Patricia loved Ireland travelling about and tracing her relatives and meeting people she enjoyed her walks in the countryside and loved visiting old castles etc .She was an intelligent kind caring person whom we will miss her visits so much sincere condolences to Eileen and all Pats family and friends may her gentle soul Rest in Peace.Thinking of you all at this difficult time  from Maureen Noel Aisling Aodhan and Conor Campbell and Mary Marron  Co Monaghan Ireland 

I remember when Pat called me and how much better I felt after talking with her about my mother’s medications.

Pat was an ardent activist and researcher. She was passionate about researching elections and methods of voting in Canada as part of the program forour clean elections group.  

Pat and I brought our anti TPP signs to the Farmers Market where she showed her ability to talk to the public about  the TPP with which few were familiar.

We will miss Pat’s activism. and energy. We will miss Pat.
