Patricia Ruth Gallagher, 95 of Chicago, IL passed away on September 7, 2023. She was born in Chicago, IL to Ruth R. Gallagher.
Patricia was a long time kindergarten teacher for Chicago Public Schools. She is survived by her loving son Michael Schmitz, she was preceded in death by her mother and her former spouse Alphonse Schmitz.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 13 from 4 – 8 pm at Drake and Son Funeral Home, 5303 North Western Avenue, Chicago, IL 60625. A funeral service will be held at 10 am on Thursday, September 14 at Drake and Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow at All Saints Catholic Cemetery where she will be laid to rest next to her mom.
