I just heard about Mike's passing.  The world is missing a great soul.  I worked with Mike on the Staff Council at Loyola and often rode the bus together to and from work.  His spirit will live forever in all he touched.

Michael was the person who trained me when I first started working at Loyola University and I worked with him for many years.  He was one of the nicest and funniest people I have known.  He was the master of the pun!  
And he loved the day-after-any-holiday to go shopping for the sales!
He will be missed.

Mike and I worked together at Loyola in Admissions and both served on the Staff Council for many years. We continued to correspond by email after we both left Loyola.  I will truly miss his great smile and generous nature.

I, Harriett Edmonds worked with Michael at Loyola University in the financial aid office he was such a friendly and caring person. I will always remember his beautiful smile. May you RIP.

My deepest sympathies to the Minnice family. I have just learned of his passing. We were colleagues for over a decade at Loyola, and I remember him fondly.  We shared a great love of Marshall Field's and Frank O. Mintz will forever bring a smile to my heart. I still have a Field's Christmas ornament he gifted me, and hang it with fond remembrance every year. Eternal rest grant unto him, and let perpetual light shine upon him.

Just found out this morning of his passing and rushed over to the funeral.  Michael will be missed by many.  Just mentioning his name would bring a smile to my face.  I overlapped with him at Loyola for 7 years.
