Michael J. McNicholas

Michael J. McNicholas, Retired C.F.D., died suddenly and peacefully on November 4th, 2014; loving and devoted father of Mary McNicholas; proud son of the late William J. and Carole McNicholas; cherished brother of the late William J. McNicholas, Mary (Mark) Sheridan, and Martin (Kerry) McNicholas; beloved uncle of Margot and Matthew Sheridan , Liam, Kathleen, Shannon, and Molly McNicholas; dear nephew to Walter (Kathy) Hultsch and the late Margot Schlenker; loving cousin and cherished friend to many, most especially Margaret McNicholas and Amy Hayes. Michael worked as a fireman for the Chicago Fire Department for many years and was an active member of the Beverly community. He loved the camaraderie of family and friends, and riding the country on his Harley, but most of all, he loved being a father to his beautiful daughter, Mary. Visitation Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Friday at 10:15 A.M. from the Andrew J. McGann & Son Funeral Home, 10727 S. Pulaski Chicago, IL to St. Christina Catholic Church, 11005 S. Homan Chicago, Il. For Mass at 11:00 A.M. Interment private.
