Melanie was a nurse by trade, graduating from St. Ann’s Hospital and dedicating years of service to both St. Ann’s and Westlake Hospital. She was a proud Polish American and Chicagoan, lover of the Chicago Bulls, Harley-Davidson, and NASCAR.
Melanie is survived by her two sons Jonathan Kissane (Caroline Kissane) and David Kissane (Carolyn Kissane), and loving grandmother to Joseph, Liam, and Michael Kissane. Melanie was the second of four sisters Diane Fisher (Brian), Danita Tossi (George), and Michelle Horn (Bill). Melanie will be deeply missed by her friends, family, and loved ones.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday May 4, 2024 at 11:00 AM at The Bridge Community Church in Portage Park. All friends, family and loved ones are invited.
