Julius Takacs, 67, passed away on November 22, 2017; his beloved wife of 22 years, Mariana nee Rosenbaum was by his side, as was the rest of his family. He also leaves behind his caring sister Gizella (Gene) Opperman and his fond nephews Justin, Daniel and Michael. He is preceded in death by his parents Julius and Gizella Takacs. As a teacher he touched the lives of countless students. He was an excellent writer, keen on chronicling his many travels with his wife. He loved philosophy and admired Greek and Roman culture. He was a brilliant photographer and loved being behind the camera. He enjoyed classical music, Mozart was his favorite composer.
