Joseph R. Lesniak, age 84, US Army Korean War Veteran. Recipient of the Purple Heart Medal at the battle of Heartbreak Ridge. Beloved husband of Mary Rose (née Rotolo); loving father of Rose Lesniak, and Joseph R. Lesniak, Jr.; dear brother of Bernice Dornfeld and seven late sisters; fond uncle and great-uncle of many nieces and nephews. Mr. Lesniak was a member of the Seniors Polka Association, the United Polka Association and the International Polka Association.
