I knew Joe for almost 25yrs. He was such a nice & lovely friend. I will always remember thr times we shared together. Rest easy my friend, I'll miss you❣️

Devastated to have learned from your sisters of your passing. I have many fond memories of you starting from the first time I met you. It was at your 3rd birthday party that your sister Diane invited me and my younger cousin Robin to be a part of. Ever since then, your family has welcomed me into your family and over the many years I have been fortunate to be a part of many joyous ocassions and some sad too. Grateful to have shared time together and grateful for the wonderful kind and caring family you came from.
