Jim, I will honor the love, memories, and many great times I had with your dad.  From being the young teenage girl when I first met him, he always made me feel welcomed and was always kind to me.  I remember the time he let me drive his Mercedes on the highway teaching me a few life lessons.   Then, being the lucky one to be his daughter-in-law.  What an honor it was for me considering the fact that he had the vision that I was the girl for you so many years ago. (I was always his favorite). Becoming the grandfather to our children, Abigail and Lauren.  Remember in Arizona when we went out to dinner and grandpa saw Abigail take her first steps?  He was so excited!  The many times we had him over throughout the years. Seeing the joy on his face when looking at the girls, the sparkle in his eyes and the love in his heart were always so evident.  Going out for dinner, all the laughs, love, hugs and Fannie May chocolates he brought me just because.  These are just a few of the memories that I will hold dear.  Your dad, my father-in-law, and grandfather to our girls will always have a special place in my heart and his spirit will live on as long as I'm here.  Thank you for including your dad in our lives.  I'm so glad that Lauren was there to give grandpa the best hug ever and that he knew he was loved by us.   Always remember, your dad was a wonderful man and we loved him very much.
