Jeannette E. Kargol, 80, of Chicago was born on March 7, 1941 to Bernard and Erna (nee Hinkleman) Koers and passed away on December 1, 2021. She was the beloved wife to retired Chicago Police Captain Ronald J. Kargol for 44 years; loving step-mother of Kris Kargol and Justine (Joseph) Weissmann; fond step-grandmother to Joey, Jack, and Jonathan Weissmann; dear sister to the late Kurt (the late Angie) Koers, and Kathleen (David) Paul. She will be missed dearly.
After high school Jeannette went to college and received her degree in nursing. When she retired Jeannette enjoyed cooking for her family, spending time in her garden, reading, and listening to her old time radio shows.
