Officer Nixon was a very sweet young man. He had such an innocent heart. Im glad to have met him and shared space with him.  Prayers to all of his friends and family.

My heart hurts for you and breaks for your family.  We pray at some point soon the sorrow is less, and the wonderful memories overwhelm . That God, a life force so magnificent brings you home.   We just met for a brief moment a couple weeks back, You helped find something as trivial as a phone number that helped me and my team mates out.  I hope my wife and my prayer guides your soul, and our faith cushions your family and friends during this difficult time.

James, you will truly be missed.  I can write, you were the best of the best of all my tenants. You were patient with me when the washing machine broke down, or when my crazy dog ran out of my house into the yard, and I came running after him. You didn't retreat in fear. You always listened intently whenever we saw each other in the garage coming in or going out. I wish we had more time, rest well James.

To My brother Officer Nixon. You are loved and appreciated for so much. We only worked together for a few months but those months were memorable. We learned a lot from each other, and I will never forget our conversation about businesses outside of the job. You are an amazing person. Thank you for your service to the city. To the family, my condolences to you all. Thank you all for sharing such an amazing, ambitious, soulful person with us. We are here for you in your time of grief. Much love to you!
