Jaime loved spending time with his family, particularly his grandchildren. He was a member of the Filipino American Council of Greater Chicago, Chicago (FACC), the Diamond Lions Club, and Chicago Order of the Knights of Rizal. If he wasn’t spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren, he was at the Rizal Center planning fund raisers for various causes or just spending time with many of his long time friends.
He loved to dance, go on long drives, travel and going out to eat. Jaime worked as an accountant / controller for thirty five years in the meat packing industry starting his career at Swift Eckridge, then Monfort which later became Conagra.
Jaime is survived by his loving wife of 59 years Marina ( Miran) Alban; his three loving children Jina (Nathan) Canson, Divina (Liel) Alban, and Jaime (Christine McWard) Alban; he was the loving Lolo to Selena, Kayley, Cameron, Brendan, Sophia, and Samuel; and a brother and uncle to many loving brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
