Ingeborg Stober

Ingeborg was born on August 22, 1932 in Karlsruhe Germany. She married Herbert and immigrated to Chicago via Canada in 1954. Ingeborg & Herbert were the proud owners of Resi’s Bierstube.

Ingeborg brought so much laughter, told so many great stories, and had a laugh that you could hear across the room which would make you laugh. She was deeply loved and will be missed.

Preceded in death by her late husband Herbert.

Loving mother of Norman (Liz), Richard (Heidi), Monika Baerwolf (Reed), Andrea Kosinski, her grandchildren Eric Stober (Laura), Sabrina Tamney (Christopher), Nicholas Stober (Jenna), Gene Baerwolf (Michelle), Brooke Baerwolf Hernandez (Fernando), Evan Kosinski, Michael Kosinski, her great grandchildren, Aiden Stober, Austin Stober, Finnegan Stober, Avery Stober, Adelaide Tamney, Connor Tamney, Emmett Stober, Benjamin Stober, Maeve Baerwolf and Keira Baerwolf.

Friends and family will gather for a visitation for Ingeborg that is being held on Tuesday, March 19th, 2024 from 10AM - 12PM at Drake and Son Funeral Home, 5303 North Western Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, 60625. A funeral service will then take place at 12PM. Burial to follow at Rosehill Cemetery.
