Gerald M. Burns (retired CPD), age 72 and a long-term resident of Chicago, passed away peacefully on March 10th, 2024. Son of the late Robert and Mary Lou Burns (nee Wulff). Beloved husband of the late Denise Burns (nee Tribuani). Loving and devoted father of Michael (Leticia) Burns. Adored grandfather of Lilliana Burns. Fond brother of Mary Ellen Burns, the late Kathleen Burns, Susan Burns and David Burns. Cherished uncle of Allison Shelley, Sarah Swick and Adam Burns. Dear cousin and friend to many.
