Eugene Kosinski

Eugene Kosinski, born in Poland, passed away peacefully at age 89 on March 8th of 2022. Loving father of Gregory Kosinski, Renee (Roosevelt) Jenkins, and Henry (Christine) Myka. Dear brother to Wanda (the late Antoni) Rocko, Jozef (Boguslawa) Kosinski, Sophie (Dorland) Henderson, Harriet Greiff, and the late Edward (Helen) Kosinski (2019). Beloved grandfather to Evan, Michael, Sydney, Spencer, Audrey, and Grayson. Cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews. Eugene was preceded in death by his parents, Stanislaw and Rosalia Kosinski.

Eugene was a tool and die maker for several companies during his lifetime including Matsushita, Panasonic, Zenith, and Bell & Howell. He was a longtime parishioner of St. James the Apostle Roman Catholic Church in Chicago, and a longtime treasurer of PNA (Polish National Alliance) Lodge 1776.

A visitation for Eugene will be on Monday, March 21, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Malec & Sons Funeral Home, (Edward A. Tylka, Manager), 6000 North Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60646. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, March 22, 2022 from 11:00AM to 12:00PM at St James the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 5730 W Fullerton Ave, Chicago, IL 60639
