I am so sorry for your loss.  I know the past few years have been hard on you but you can rest assured you were his angel for the wonderful care you took of him.  Many find their lives too busy to take care of an aging parent.  One day we all will be old.  As long as we have worked together in various hospitals (since 2001) your priority was always your dad.  When I wouldnt see you for while, the first thing I would ask is "hows your Dad?"  
Carolyn, he is in a better place and you've been a wonderful daughter for all you have done for him!
