Don is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Florence, and Stepmother, Lucille. He is survived by his wife, Dina; his children: Katherine Vyles (David), Edward Cimoch (Kim), Angela Cimoch, six wonderful grandchildren - Carson, Adeline, Blake, Davis, Farrah, and Hailey, and his sister, Judy.
Born in Chicago, Illinois, Don served with distinction in the US Navy for from 1968-1974 and was a proud veteran of the Vietnam War. Following his service to our country, Don married Dina in 1981 and opened his own welding business, “Cimoch Welding” in Elk Grove. For 20 years Don successfully ran the business until retirement to Phoenix and ultimately Milwaukee where he and Dina spent time watching the grandkids at various sporting events and golfing, bowling, and fishing.
A service will be held on Thursday, March 27, from 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. at Montclair-Lucania funeral home followed by a military burial at Irving Park Cemetery.
