Beloved husband of Mary Patricia “Trish”, nee Mulkerrins; cherished father of Arielle “REL” and Thomas Oscar “Tommy O.”; devoted son of Oscar and Carmen (nee Rivera Garcia) Torres and son in law of Thomas and Mary (nee Cawley) Mulkerrins; loving brother of Maria (Wally)Velez, Oscar Jr. (Debbie), Alicia (Tony) Acevedo, Orlando (Betty) and Elmo (Amy) Torres and brother in law of Siobhain (David Gaughan), Bernard (Claudia), Pauline and Nancy Mulkerrins; dearest nephew, cousin, and uncle of many. Proud Veteran of Desert Storm. Member of Veterans of Foreign Wars. City of Chicago Employee and Member of IAM Local 126. He will be missed by all who knew him.
