Bird has always been there for me through my life, through my fathers death and even walked me down the isle for my wedding. He was an amazing GodParent and I wish I had more time with him. The Perez family will always be loved and thought about! 

I love you forever. Thank you for being a second dad and an uncle to me.  My earliest and fondest memories will always be running around the house with the kids even though I was the kid that used to annoy them because I was so small. Or when I would be shopping with mom and wela at the fruteria and I would see you and Soco and Id run up to say hi to the both of you.  I have so many memories. But your legacy and the memories and moments I had with you in the last 3 years are what I will cherish and remember the most. The random Snapchats The random jokes. Being able to show up and sit down next to you just to talk or even just to enjoy the silence and be in your presence. I love and miss you so much Tio.  You reminded me of Strength and what it means to fight everyday. I Promise to keep the Promise I made you. I cant wait to meet you again for the next journey pops. I promise Ill do all I can and more everyday.

I can only say, I will miss him deeply. I haven't seen him in many years, but I will always remember him and Soco, at the ball game. I love them all very much and I will never forget the many times I needed Birds help with my husband Zeke, especially the time they stole Zeke's bike and Zeke wanted to take on the whole gang by himself (who stole his bike). I could only think of Bird to help me stop my crazy husband, and sure enough I dropped a dime, made the call, and he answered. Thank you Bird, for saving his crazy ass that night and many times lol; for the good times we all shared,  and for your beautiful family, and Tony who was like my own son. I will never forget you, and I will see you when I get there. Rest in peace my beloved brother.

To the Perez Family, I am deeply saddened at the loss of Antonio(Bird). He was the coolest and most humble man when Dad introduced us.  To Tony and Vanessa, I remember all of us always sticking together when our Dads played ball. Tony you were my second brother in my home and Vanessa...a little sister I never had and to your mom who was so kind and welcomed us with open arms, Im so sorry for your loss. May he rest in peace!!! Love you guys and we are thinking of you all.

This day you told me and Genesis the story of how you and Soco met🥰 We laughed so hard. We cried as well, but Every word you told us hit our souls. We seen you get up and walk to the restroom,  we talked about the beautiful view up there, you ate Chili what you wanted even tho it wasn't from Wendy's. Lol. You were so happy to see us as we were to be in your presence.  Please watch over us because we are all hurting and miss you especially, Soco. I can hear you now cracking a joke on her. Lol

One of my fondest memories of so many with you was August 2009 when I saw you walk into the room and I was able to hug you so tight and cried so hard while holding you in my arms.You were so happy to see me as I was to see you. You were My Second Father, My Protector, My Everything.  You were the Backbone of our Family! You showed me the meaning of Family. My Booger, as I would call you..who can I talk to when life is too hard for me at the moment? Who will be My Backbone now? Remember our baseball moments with Bird me and cano would go just to hang out with Bird and the rest of the family. My best memory with my favorite uncle Bird will be When me and my brother was little we always went by grandma’s  house I was being so nosy and wanted to see what my uncle was doing downstairs with his friends and they were playing cards spades my uncle taught me in that moment how to play I even won some money I was a kid and that was so exciting for me all thanks to my uncle I love u Tio Bird for always loving me and my family so genuine 💔🙏🏻To my Titi Soco I’m so sorry my cousins I’m always here for u all🙏🏻😍 I love you

My uncle was amazing 💙 I’m truly going to miss him I can remember as far back as his 27th birthday my aunt had a big o celebration for him he was so happy so many people I remember asking him Tio how old are you he told me 72 the whole night I’m telling people he was 72 😂 I really believed whatever he told me had a way to tell stories like no other. Growing up thinking he was Superman because everyone loved him so much to becoming an adult and realizing he is human just like everyone else💙 I will never forget our conversations I love how honest, loyal, genuine & dedicated he was I will forever hold you close to the heart you were an amazing human thankful for all the love you gave me I hope you know that I loved you just as much ❤️ Rest.Peacefully Uncle B🙏🏼

I remember when my uncle bird taught me how to be become a  pitcher. I told him i wanted to be like him when my father prieto became a coach he told bird to do him a favor a teach me to become like him the best baseball player.. Uncle bird was so ruff i tried my best to become like him year pass i got pregnant left the team and forgot about my uncle i feel so bad and hurt. He was the best uncle friend father brother grandpa godfather husband the whole 9 yards. Miss you and the family so much im so sorry i havent been around or kept in contact 😞😞😞😢😢😢 love you until we meet again rest easy uncle bird love you xoxox say hi to mom for me 

I remember when Bird would pick my mother up and swing her around as if they were dancing. He truly loved her. He’s probably picking her up now and dancing away😊
