She was a generous and loving grandma to our children. Always willing to lend a helping hand with almost anything.  Gave of  herself fully to her family. She will be missed and in our hearts forever.

So so sorry Ted, what a wonderful woman your mom was.

I have known Anna for over 20 years, she was a very special dear friend -very loyal, generous and straight forward. She wasn't afraid to tell the truth, even if it made her unpopular. The truth was more important to her. Under this strong persona she was a very sensitive fragile soul reacting quickly when somebody needed help. On our trips to the City she always found somebody on the street to help. One time it was a blind man crossing the street. She grabbed his arm and got him safely on the other side. During this brief moment she found out he was going to the bank. Anna offered to help him at the bank as well. Another time she gave away lunch money to  a homeless man and tried to convince him to get proper help at the shelter. If she could I know she would have taken this man home for dinner - just like she did on one occasion when a homeless man approached her close to her home. She fed him, gave him money and helped him to get a bus ticket to where he was going (all the way on the east coast)! It was typical for Anna, her heart didn't let her pass needy strangers on the street not to mention people close to her. She helped me many times when I was in need.
I will remember Anna always.  Just can't call her tonight….

I will always miss my mother.   She was my parent and friend.  She had a heart of gold.  It hurts real bad to know she is gone.  She will be missed by many.
