Angelo is survived by his beautiful mother Socorro Garcia and his cherished brothers and sisters; Angel M. (Charlene) Garcia Jr., Anita (Richard) Alvarado, Annette (John) Scott, Frank (Josephine) Garcia, Andrew Garcia, Angela Richee and Andrea (Michael Galandini). Preceded in death bu his loving father Angel H. Garcia Sr.

Funeral service, Thursday, April 28, 2011 Mass of Resurrection at 9:30 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, 2127 W. 22nd Place, Chicago, Illinois 60608. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 6001 W. 111th Street, Alsip, Illinois.

We little knew that morning, God was going to call your name, in life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you; you did not go alone, for part of us went with you, the day God called you home. You left us beautiful memories, your love is still our guide, and although we cannot see you, you are always by our side. Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same, but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
