Andrew F. Jops, age 72, of Chicago, Illinois passed away on Monday, February 26th, 2024. Beloved son of the late Louis and Elizabeth Jops. Adored brother of Ray Jops, the late Linda (Bob) Foster, Patricia (Dan) Hlavik and Sandy (Bob) Poplawski. Cherished uncle of the late Bobby Foster, Jim Foster, Kathy Foster, Krissy Foster, Karen (John) Kostakis, Lisa Hlavik, Cindy Hlavik, Steven Hlavik, Jessica Poplawski, Allison Poplawski. Adored great-uncle of Bobby Foster Jr. Jake Bruyr, Sonya Wierzchon and Kylie Kostakis.

Family and friends will gather for a visitation for Andrew that will be held on Thursday, February 29th, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Malec & Sons Funeral Home, 6000 North Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60646. Chapel prayers will occur on Friday, March 1st, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Malec & Sons Funeral Home, followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 AM at St. Edward Catholic Church, 4350 West Sunnyside Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60630. Followed by an Interment at St. Adalbert, Chicago, Illinois.
