Americo Garza

Garza, Americo, 82, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2022. Americo was born in Brasilitos Vallecillos, Nuevo Léon, México. He was a loving husband for 57 years to Maria; beloved father of America (Rolando) Garza, deceased Americo Garza, Alma N. (Jose Luis) Jimenez, Lilia (Rick) Chlibovytsch, Elsa Garza (Jason) Shalaveyus, and Carlos A. ( Blanca) Garza. Cherished grandfather of 16 and adoring great grandfather of 2; he was a loving brother, and uncle to many nieces and nephews. Americo graduated from Escuela Comercial Profesor Juan Garcia Treviño and worked as a construction worker. He was a very charitable man, someone who was always looking for ways to help the most needy. He enjoyed gardening, visiting or calling relatives. He loved to cook his grandkids favorite dishes. He will be best remembered for great sense of humor, storytelling, his amazing cooking and loving and caring personality.
