Alfonso A. Neri, 94, U.S. Army Korean War Veteran, born in Rocchetta a Volturno, Molise, Italy on October 18, 1928 and passed away on November 20, 2022. He is reunited with his loving wife of 48 years Clotilde A. née DiSandro; beloved son of the late Rudolph C. Neri and the late Maria née Giannini; loving father of Rudolph D., the late Vincent M., and Thomas M. (Lisa); dearest brother of the late Terenzio and Rosina (the late Vincenzo) Addari; cherished grandfather of Michael (Julie), Joseph, Robert (Lauren), Christina and Natalie; adoring great grandfather of Graham, Penelope, and Emery; dear brother-in-law of the late Carmine DiSandro (Maria) and Maria Carlino (Ugo); fond uncle of many nieces and nephews, cousin of many and a great friend to all. Alfonso enjoyed spending time with family, reading, hunting, gardening, playing the accordion. He loved reminiscing of Italy and telling war stories. He will be best remembered for his ingenuity and his resourcefulness.
