Robert Martin Poucher

Robert “Bob” Martin Poucher, age 91, of Chesterland, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 3, 2024. Bob was the son of the late Homer and Mary (nee Boswell) Poucher and was born in Toledo, Ohio. Besides his parents, his siblings precede Bob in death. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Patricia (nee Stambaugh); children Ted (Suzanne), Rob, John (Sharon), and Michelle (Todd) Watson; grandchildren TJ, Jackie, Jacob, Nate, Zak, Elizabeth, Gabriel, Jim, Brittany, Joel, and Jason; 10 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Bob was proud to serve in the United States Air Force for four years and earned the National Defense Service Medal and Good Conduct Medal on the 539th Fighter Interceptor Squadron. Later in life, he joined the Euclid Veterans Club and participated in many community events. He enjoyed visiting the West Geauga Senior Center to play cards and was on their bowling league, fishing, camping, and traveling. Bob will be dearly missed. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice in his honor. Celebration of Life Service will take place at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home located at 12524 Chillicothe Road, Chesterland, Ohio 44026 on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 1pm. Family and friends may call one hour before the service at the Funeral Home. Burial will take place privately for the family.
