John S. Bowman

Born October 22, 1940 in Cleveland, he was a resident of Euclid before moving to Colorado Springs in 2017. John was an Operations Manager at Nicholson Warehouse & Distribution in Cleveland. He was a proud graduate of both Shaw High School in 1958, and Cleveland State University Fenn College in 1963. John subsequently joined the National Guard and served from 1964 until 1969. He was also an avid train enthusiast. John is survived by his son Jeffrey (Michelle); and many cousins. He is preceded in death by his wife Claudette (nee Rushay); and parents Harriet and Ralph Bowman. Family and friends may call at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Rd., Chesterland on Monday, November 25th, 2-6 pm, where services will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 10:00 am. Interment at All Souls Cemetery, Chardon.
