Gerald W. Kidd, "Jerry", age 87, of Chardon, Ohio passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2024. Jerry is the beloved husband of 64 years to Janice Kidd (nee Cmunt); loving father of daughters Sandra Major and Linda Petruccio and son Michael (wife Sara); cherished grandfather of 9 and great-grandfather of 6; brother-in-law to Frances Hudson; Timothy, son, (wife Lori); uncle to many nieces and nephews; friend of many. Jerry is preceded in death by his daughter Cynthia, parents, William and Alice (nee Taylor), and sister Dorothy Matzek.
Jerry was a dedicated husband and father. He put his family and home before everything and loved each of them deeply. He will be dearly missed.
Memorial Service for Jerry will be held at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home located at 12524 Chillicothe Road, Chesterland on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice.
