He was born May 16, 1951 in West Virginia.
Survived by his wife Carmela Taylor; son David Eric Taylor (Vicki); step sons Richard Vitale, Michael Vitale (Sheri); step daughters Sandy Vitale Auletta, and Karen Vitale Sedlak (Brian); granddaughter Sierra Taylor; grandsons Sam, Joe, and Tom Vitale; sister Betty Shary (Rich); nephews Rick Shary (Samara), Randy Shary, and Jamie Taylor (Angie).
David was preceded in death by his parents Howard and Eliza Taylor; and brother Frank Taylor.
Visitation will be held Sunday, February 18, 2018, 12 to 3 p.m. at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Rd., Chester Township, where a Celebration of Life Service will follow at 3:00 p.m.
