We have lost the most beautiful of roses, one whose vitality could never be missed by anyone in her presence. She was as warm as she was strong-willed, and never failed to offer her tightest embrace. She travelled far more than her share of difficult roads, but always held her head high. None more truly dazzled in the spotlight, and she will be fondly remembered for generations.
She is survived by her mother, Georgette Nelson (Dana); father, Earl Needs (Anna); son, Sean Thomas Gardner; sisters, Cindy Morrison (Tom), Cathy McFarland, Melissa Gold; brother, Matthew Gold (Treesa); nieces, Sarah Morrison, Chelsea Morrison, Kylie Thomson (Nicholas), Kit Gold, Artemis Gold; nephew, Brent McFarland and great nephews, Gunnar Gordon, and Emrys Hall.
We also remember and thank the family members and friends who have supported her throughout her life. A very special thank you is extended to the hospice team who cared for her.
