He was a lifetime resident of Lookout Valley.
William was an excellent Brick Mason, and was a member of the Baptist Faith.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Faye Foster.
William is survived by 3 children, Sammy Foster, Christine Foster and Michelle Foster.
