Wayne "W.T." Thomas Roberson

Wayne attended Ooltewah High School. He was a veteran of the United States Army and later retired from Savannah Valley Utility District. Wayne was a caring, loving and fun spirited man who never met a stranger. You could always find Wayne at the Elders Store, Country Side Cafe, Boyd's Speedway, Brainerd Drag-Strip or front porch sitting. He was a great man and he will be missed dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents Floyd and Louise Roberson and nephew Jeffery Roberson.

Survivors include his son, Christopher Roberson, daughter, Jenny Roberson, stepdaughter, Cindy Cain, stepson, Steven Munsey, five step-grandchildren, and brother, Michael Roberson of South Carolina.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, July 12, 2018, in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m., Friday, July 13, 2018 at the funeral home with Pastor Brian Stewart of Birchwood Church of God officiating. Interment will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
