Wade graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in Cleveland, Ohio. He then became a long time resident of Ooltewah, TN. He worked much of his career in concrete construction and maintenance. Wade’s greatest loves were fishing, gardening, collecting, and Rebecca.
He was preceded in death by his father Wendell Witherow and mother Mary Ruth Jackson.
He is survived by his significant other, Rebecca LeQuire and her son Charles M. Hindman, Aunt Luvenia, sisters Wendolyn Witherow, Mona Witherow, Myrna Mitchell, and a multitude of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Wade will be cremated by Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist-Valley View Chapel.
The parting glass will be raised in a celebration of his life at a future time.
