He was born November 17, 1976 in Dalton, GA and was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga and North Georgia area.
Tommy was a graduate of Chattanooga State Nursing School and was employed with Alexian Brothers Healthcare.
His grandmother, Pearlie Fowler and grandfather, Fred Brooks preceded him in death.
Survivors include his husband, Thomas “Thom” White of Tunnel Hill; mother, Peggy Fowler; grandmother, Mildred Brooks; brother, Brian Fowler all of East Brainerd; and multiple other family members with included aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 29, from 3-7 p.m. and Wednesday, June 30, 2021 from 12-1 p.m. with funeral services beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the East Brainerd Chapel.
Interment will follow at Chattanooga Memorial Park.
Arrangements are by the East Brainerd Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 8214 East Brainerd Road.
