Mrs. Spangler was born Sept 11, 1961, in Houston Texas to Wayne C. Morgan and Sue Ball.
Susan could accomplish anything she set her mind to do. At a very early age, she knew her calling was to help others. She worked many years has a hospice nurse in Dallas Georgia.
She displayed her love for others by being a caregiver for others until her last day and becoming a foster mom raising several children.
She is survived by her stepmother Shirley Morgan as well as her extended family in abundance of friends.
