He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Irma Morrow and grandson, Jonathan Murray.
Steve worked as a project control engineer with TVA. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and also served in the Army National Guard. He was a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association and the GWRRA Chapter V.
He was a member of “Abba’s House” Central Baptist Church where he served faithfully as an usher.
Survivors include his wife, Geneva Morrow, of Harrison, TN, four children, Cathy Fox, Candice Hardin, both of Chattanooga, TN, DeWayne Brumlow, of Kennesaw, GA, Melissa Brumlow-Duffy, of Mosley, VA, six grandchildren, Ryan Murray, Megan Brumlow, Grant Brumlow, Grace Anne Brumlow, Jared Duffy, Lauren Duffy, three brothers, Mark Morrow, of New Market, TN, Ralph Morrow, of Pigeon Forge, TN, Loyd Morrow, of Seymour, TN, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Rev. Alan Johnston and Rev. Ronnie Dotson officiating. Interment will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens – East with John Dunn, Rodger Copeland, Al Simmons, Sam McMichen, Larry Sliger and Carlus Mosier serving as pallbearers. Military rites will be conducted at the cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4 – 8 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home.
