She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Turney Boyd and was preceded in death by her husband, Freeman Mooneyham, two brothers, Doyle Boyd, Fred Boyd, and three sisters, Louise Walker, Blanche Oliver and Sue Moon.
Rosalie retired from Erlanger Hospital after 31 years of service.
She was a member of Greenwood Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Bonnie (Y.L.) Cooke, of Ooltewah, TN, two grandsons, Scotty Burns, of Chattanooga, TN, Mike (Sandy) Burns, and a great-granddaughter, Megan Burns, all of Ooltewah, TN.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Rev. Ricky Vaughn officiating. Burial will follow in Old McDonald Cemetery in Ooltewah, TN.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
