He was born in De Moines, Iowa on October 26, 1955 to Robert Kenneth Wolfer, Sr and Emogene Shirley Wolfer.
He loved nature, being outside and fixing things with his love of tools. He also loved his swimming times at the YMCA and bowling and parties with friends in the loving community of Rhea of Sunshine. When his mother got older, he went into the loving care of Barbara and Eric Craigo. He was truly a sweet and kind man and loved by all that knew him.
He was of the Seventh-day Adventist faith.
Survivors include his two sisters, Rogene Caulkin, of Chattanooga, TN., Dr. Genneth Wolfer, of Sparta, TN., niece, Jamie Delay and nephew, Robert Beers.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon, Tuesday, January 18, 2011, in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Pastor Ralph Lafaze officiating.
