Although he was afraid of heights (which I did not know at the time), he went with me to the top of the Stuttgart Television Tower to view the city in which we were living. He had enlisted in the Army at the pinnacle of the Vietnam war, to be able to choose his duty assignment & NOT go to war. As a result, here we were in a foreign country as newly weds, exploring the world & our new marriage. The marriage didn't last, but loved the travel with him. AND I especially love our posterity: son John, d-in-law, Kathy & all my grandchildren: Hali, (& fiance, Elijah) Gavin, Keoni & Mikaela.
