Richard Donald Farrior, 61, of Ooltewah, passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022 and is now resting in Jesus.
Donald was born April 14, 1960 in Vicksburg, Mississippi to Richard (predeceased) and Rosalie Farrior. He is survived by his mother Rosalie Farrior, his children Anthony Farrior, and Suni Farrior, his sisters Yvonne Long (Carlos), Frances Johnson (Ron), and brother Vernon Farrior (Lisa), along with nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Donald worked most of his life as a long-distance truck driver. He enjoyed the open road and being a part of the solution for the current supply chain issues. He loved his children and spoke with them weekly as Tony lives in Kentucky and Suni in Arizona. Donald enjoyed trains as a hobby and was always excited about the steam engines when they would come through the area. He spoke often of his love of Jesus Christ.
Visitation with family will be at 3pm on Sunday, February 6, to be followed by a Celebration of Life at 4pm at the McDonald Road Seventh Day Adventist Church.
