He was born in Jersey City, NJ to the late John and Laura Horn.
Ray was an engineer for Olin Corporation for many years. He loved, cars, boats, playing tennis, listening to music and telling stories. He will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his loving wife of 50 years, Donna Horn; his 3 daughters, Christina Horn, Cheryl Horn, Stephanie Horn; sister, Patricia Cardacin; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 pm on Sunday, December 10, 2023 in the East Brainerd Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Sunday, December 10, 2023 in the chapel with Rev. Susan Butler officiating.
