He was born March 1, 1989 in Germany.
Phillip was a 2007 graduate of Chattanooga Central High School and was an avid musician.
His father, Rick Gossett and grandmother, Mary Ott preceded him in death.
Survivors include his mother, Susan Gossett; sister, Misty Potter; brother, Caleb Gossett all of Georgetown; grandparents, Harry & Miriam Gossett of Chattanooga; and several nieces, nephews aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends Saturday, January 11, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the East Brainerd Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist, 8214 East Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
