She was the daughter of the late Jasper and Gladys Malone and was preceded in death by her brother, Jasper Don Malone.
Peggy was a former employee of McKee Foods Corporation.
She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her loving husband, Robert W. Hale, of Harrison, TN, son, Jerry (Lisa Barnard) Green, of Birchwood, TN, daughter, Cindy (Chris) Panter, of Harrison, TN, step-daughter, Bonnie Parks, of Cleveland, TN, two grandchildren, Andy Panter, Josh Panter, great granddaughter, Copeland Panter, sister, Anita Tinker, of Harrison, TN, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 3, 2018, in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Dotson officiating. Interment will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m., Monday, April 2, 2018, at the funeral home.
