A lie in state for Patsy will be held Wednesday, March 30, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services – Franklin-Strickland Chapel, 1724 Mccallie Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404, followed by a funeral service at 3:30 PM.
