She is preceded in death by her father, Lloyd Stamper Sr.; mother, Octer Lee McCoy; sisters, Shirley Ash, Mildred Wright, and Jean McCoy; and brothers, Calvin McCoy and Charlie McCoy.
Survivors include husband, Charles Stamper; daughter, Lisa Martin; grandchildren, Chiquita Martin and Tearra (Jeremy) Bell; great grandchildren, Jeremy Bell Jr. and Jernee Heathington; sisters, Laura (Harold) Douglass and Virginia (Willia) Ashley all of Chattanooga, TN.
