Martha C. Goodwin

She was born in Cleveland, Tennessee and was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Nina Duncan, husband, William LaVon Goodwin and sister, Louise Duncan Leamon.

Martha enjoyed painting, spending time outdoors and was an avid traveler. She loved the Lord and studied her bible daily.

Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Yvonne DeAngelis, of Chattanooga, TN, brother, John David Duncan, of Cleveland, TN, two grandsons, Vincent Edward DeAngelis, of Chattanooga, TN, John Goodwin, Jr., of Wildwood, GA., two great granddaughters, Kaitlin Faith Goodwin, Jessica Nicole Rick, great-great grandson, Mikah Mitchel Rick, all of Rossville, GA., two nieces, one nephew and a very special friend, Tina Lindsay.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 12, 2016, in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Minister Robert Boykin officiating.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 12, 2016, at the funeral home.
