She was the daughter of the late William David “W.D.” and Ruby LaFerry and was preceded in death by her sister, Brenda LaFerry Housley.
Marsha enjoyed cooking, sewing and shopping, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandkids.
She was a member of Bayside Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Mike Malone of Chattanooga, Tennessee; children, Amy Malone Lowe (Sean) of Chattanooga, Tennessee and David Malone (Rebekkah) of Knoxville, Tennessee; grandchildren, Austin and Andrew Lowe and Garrison Malone.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Rev. Grady Cooper officiating. Entombment will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Jimmy Henderson, Lynn Norman, Larry Blalock, Jim Clements, John Hunsaker and George Hubbuch serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bayside Baptist Church, 6100 Hwy 58, Harrison, Tennessee 37341.
