Marie Reels

Pearl Marie Reels, 88, of Birchwood, Tennessee, passed away, Monday, February 5, 2018.

She was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Gladys Barnard and was preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Charlie” Reels, daughter, Patricia Reels and seven siblings.

Marie loved gardening, crocheting, cooking, reading and music.

She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include six children, Ronnie Reels, of Birchwood, TN, Connie (Mike) Marsh , of Decatur, TN, David (Lisa) Reels, of Ooltewah, TN, Tammy (Billy) Levy, of Birchwood, TN, Wendy (Terry) Skorno, of Harrison, TN, Sandi Robinson, of Birchwood, TN, fifteen grandchildren, Joey, Ericka, Jillian, Jared, Angie, Melissa, Travis, Jennifer, Kevin, Tyler, Kirstie, Macy, Viktor, Tasha, Amy, nineteen great-grandchildren, a great-great granddaughter, five siblings, Rosie, Sharon, Glenda, Verbon, Junior, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 10, 2018, in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Grasshopper Cemetery in Birchwood, TN.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, February 9, 2018 at the funeral home.
