Lucille Evans Chain

Lucille (Lucy) Evans Chain, 41, of Chattanooga, Tennessee peacefully went home to the Lord on Saturday, February 22, 2025 surrounded by her family. She’s now dancing in heaven with the heavens of host. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She will be met in heaven by her loving father, Frank Johnson; grandparents, Lou Jessie Chain and Paul Chain; brother, ReySam (Junior) Brock; aunt, Gwenvera Chain; aunt, Alinda (Linda) Faye Davis; aunt, Marcia Louise Key Pickett; uncle, Melvin Chain; uncle, Charles (Coone) Dewayne Davis; and uncle, Larry Jett.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories, her mother, Lucille Chain; step dad, Harold Lester; father, Fred Evans; two sons, Benjamin Blake, Malik Chain; two daughters, Makayla Chain, Taneka Pitmon; two brothers, Charles Chain (Tawana Chain), Lurey Brock (Latasha Brock); sister, Lolita Hardaway (Jonathan Hardaway); two uncles, Paul Chain and Darren Davis; aunt, Elaine Davis; ten close cousins, Terrance Davis, Antoine Davis, Tyrone Chain, Macon Chain, Marcia Hilton (Kerry Hilton), David Hamler, Teonna Chain, Kentrell Weddington, Shyra Johnson, and Joshua McKibbens; close friends, Neshala Massengile, Nedra Hendley, Victoria Evans, Jamaica Carnes, Alicia Butchee, Sherry Johnson, and Oriental DeShuna; close nieces, TiAirra Talley, Alexis Strickland, Jayla Talley, Keyonna Brock, London Brock, Ariel Chain, and Aurielle Chain; close nephews, Lurey Brock (Man Man), Lurey Brock (Bear), LaVaunte Brock, Lerenzo Brock, and DaTayvian Brock (Day Day); a host of brothers and sisters from another mother, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends, community members, and loved ones.

A visitation for Lucille will be held Saturday, March 8, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services - Franklin Strickland Chapel, 1724 Mccallie Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404. A funeral service will occur Saturday, March 8, 2025 at 12:00 PM, 1724 Mccallie Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404.

A committal service will occur Saturday, March 8, 2025 at Highland Cemetery, Chattanooga, TN.
