Ms. Woods departed this life on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at her residence.
She was the daughter of the late Ms. Linda Kay Powell-Roberts and Joe Lloyd Jacobs. She received her education at Soddy Daisy High School.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Carl Jacobs.
Linda had a loving heart and had a passion for fostering children. Her battle was not easy, but she didn't give up without a fight.
She leaves to cherish her memories brother, Danny Lloyd Jacobs; daughter, Jessica Nicole Woods; son, Joshua Lloyd Roberts; five grandkids, Zola Hampton, Shelton Hampton, Jr., Kevin Woods, Jacobs Lloyd Roberts and Caleb Olen Roberts, all of Chattanooga, TN.
A Visitation for Linda will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services-Franklin-Strickland Chapel, 1724 Mccallie Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404.
Funeral Services will be on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 1:00 pm in the funeral home chapel.
Burial will immediately follow at Chattanooga Memorial Park, 501 Memorial Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37415.
